What waterproofing services do you offer in Mumbai?

Do you work on new construction as well as existing buildings?
Yes. On new buildings we waterproof each element at the right construction stage, from the raft membrane to the terrace. On existing buildings we trace leaks to their source and repair them. See new construction waterproofing.
Do you inspect the site before quoting?
Yes. Leaks often appear far from where water enters, so we inspect, find the cause and then recommend a method and quote. You can request a site inspection online.
Which waterproofing brands do you use?
We are an authorised applicator of Pidilite (Dr. Fixit), Sika, Sunanda and Fosroc systems. Each project uses the system named in its approved specification or the one best suited to the site conditions.
Do you give a guarantee on waterproofing?
Warranty terms depend on the system, the substrate and the scope, and are stated in the quotation. We do not offer blanket lifetime guarantees; we explain the expected performance and maintenance of the system we recommend.
Can you repair leaks without breaking tiles or digging?
Often, yes. Active leaks in basements, tanks and lift pits can usually be sealed from inside by PU injection grouting. Tile-joint leaks can sometimes be solved by epoxy re-grouting. Where the waterproofing layer itself has failed, it has to be exposed and replaced.
When is the best time to waterproof a terrace in Mumbai?
Between October and May, when slabs are dry. Book the inspection early: demand peaks in April and May before the monsoon.
